70% Deposit required with confirmation of order of which 50% is kept as a retainer fee and thus non-refundable on cancelation. 
Please confirm order no later than 10 days prior to due date(depending on work load the amount of days may change)  ; orders will ONLY be confirmed with payment of the deposit. 
If paying via EFT the final payment has to "clear" the day before pick-up. 
If your final payment is in cash please note that stock will not be released untill full amount is received (If you do not have the last payment upon collection- the stock will remain the property of The Little Bitchy Baker )
The Little Bitchy Baker reserves the right to use creative freedom on all orders. We will make every effort to create all orders as close as possible to pictures/drawings that are provided. Due to differences in skill set, available equipment,artistic expression,ect, the product may not be an exact replica.
The Little Bitchy Baker will make every reasonable effort to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. That being said, you assure that you will inspect your oder BEFORE leaving with your product. Any problems/issues that occur after leaving, become the customer's sole responsibility.
We make every effort to make your order as fresh as possible so as to ensure your satisfaction.However, if you are late for arranged pick up or choose to store your product for use at a later date, we will not be held responsible for any defects, including but not limited to , alterations of freshness,flavor or structure/integrity of product.
Customer acknowledges that all products are processed in an environment with possible allergens. These allergens include milk, wheat, dairy,eggs,nuts,tree nuts and other possible allergens. Customer will assume all responsibility of notifiying all people that will consume our products of these possible allergen risk.
Any electronic agreement is accepted as a written signature.
